The action order: 1.Manually feed wire:Manually loosen coding handwheel, pressbutton of manual wire feeding, wire will feed to front wire feeding wheels, straighten wheels, coding wheels, rear wire feeding wheels to cutting position, manually tighten coding handwheel. 2, Preset cutting length, speed, etc parameters, press button ON, the machine will work automatically.
Control System:
1)Wire feeding servo motor 0.55kw, cutting servo motor 0.75kw,using Huada,Taideo,Dongyuan brand servo motor to drive, using 2.2kw jiangmen motor for straightening ,FuLing brand frequency converter.
2) 7 inch Buke touchscreen,set cutting length, alignment axis rotation speed, wire feeding speed, and other control parameters.
When no wires for feeding, the machine will stop automatically to protect the machine from damage.
Machine Structure:
1)Using80*80 square pipe to weld as frame.
2)Wire feeding servo motor is realized by synchronous belt and gear transmission.
The straightening modules are made of good quality alloy, there is water cooling for straightening bearing base.
3)The cutting tool (Cr steel) adopts Taiwan TBI guide and slide block.
4)The machine body is set up with necessary safety protection measures, operator needs to set up protection for wire feeding part.
