Installation needs area: 15-20 M2.
Prepare a three-phase five-wire switch of approximately 50A.
Prepare 4pcs of 20mm rubber pads;
The machine should be 50cm away from the wall and away from wet place.
Maintenance:
Every day should fill lubrication oil on the sliders to avoid gringding.
After operating the machine for 10 days, should adjust and fix the screws and adjust the distance among the sliders well.
Don't run the machine at fast speed at the beginning,the machine needs some time for all the parts to work well together. Then increase the speed.
Every day when stop working, clean the machine, turn off power supply switch.
Not professional or untrained worker is prohibited to operate the machine.
Don't use wire diameter bigger than 8mm on this machine.
If the machine will not be used for a long time, should turn off the power supply switch, and use plastic to wrap the electrical parts to avoid wet damage to electrical parts.
