Background:
Jeans grinding /destroying/damaging machine is efficiently used for the ripped jeans making in the dry processing, it solved many problems such as inefficient ,nonuniform even damaged which produced by hand or small machine before . Ripped jeans is more and more popular by youth as a fashion element, to catch this fashion trend, clothing factory needs high efficient machine instead of handwork, so the automatic  jeans grinding /destroying/damaging machine was developed naturally.

Operation: manually load jeans on the mold, the machine works by the main shaft grinding wheel rotating and the mold horizontal movement to realize needed grinding and whisker effect. Effect is consistent and natural, easily realized by machine.
 
Machine Features:
1. High efficiency: 100-140 pcs/hour, 1000-1400 pcs/day.    
2. Varity rubber molds can be replaced flexibly to get expected effect.
3. Grinding roller can be adjustable with digital device according to the exactly mold to ensure the ripped effect.
